Question 1: After buying JoomSeller’s product, can I use it in different sites (both commercial and non-commercial sites)?
Answer: Before, we only provide limited license to use our extensions and if you want to use our extension on more than one site, you have to pay for license. But now, buying any of JoomSeller extensions (components, modules or plugins), you are granted a permission to use our extensions on different domains (either commercial or non-commercial sites) (Please Read our Terms and Conditions to learn more).
Question 2: After successfully paying for a product, how can I download it?
Answer: Please Log in to our site (http://joomseller.com) and go to this link: http://joomseller.com/my-orders.html to download or please Go to the product’s page of product you have paid for. You will see Download button here. Then please download and install the product on your site (there is Installation guide included in the package. Please read the User guide carefully).
Question 3: How can I join JoomSeller Lifetime Membership?

Question 4: Can I make a request for refund if the product I bought is not really what I am looking for?
Answer: Yes. As JoomSeller provides a Refund Program “30 Days No Questions Asked Refund Policy”, you can request a refund (via our support system: http://tickets.joomseller.com or via our Refund Page) within 30 Days counting from the day you purchased our product. Please note that we do not pay refund for these cases: refund request is sent after 30 days since the date of your purchase, you make a refund for our custom work, and you sent a refund request for Moneybookers payment. Refund also would be denied in abuse a case, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 30 days.

Question 5: JoomSeller is providing lifetime free updates for each product I bought. So how can I know if there is update available and how to download then install update on my site?
Answer: Updates for extensions on JoomSeller is completely free and regularly released (monthly). When update is available for one product, we will announce it on our Social Sites (Facebook, Twitter) and JoomSeller’s blog. We recommend you to visit our JoomSeller.com site regularly to check for update or just simply Become our Fan on Facebook or Follow us on Twitter so that you will not miss the update for your product. Updates are very important because we always add more features and fix bugs as well as upgrade security for our products.
To download updates, please Log in to our site, go to product’s page and download the latest version. Then unzip and install the package into your site. You do not need to remove/uninstall the old version. If you made many customizations on your site, backup is recommended before installing product’s new version.
Question 6: How to create an efficient Support Request on JoomSeller Solutions?
Answer: No matter what option you choose to request support from JoomSeller team (Forum, Ticket or Live chat, Email), to avoid wasting your time (for us to asking for detail information), we recommend you to:
- Describe your issue in detail (as detail & clear as possible)
- Please provide information as follow: your site URL, your site admin access (if necessary), a screenshot of your site's problem.
- Indicate Joomla version & product version you are using and if possible, since when your problem occured.
