It takes only a minute to install ZJ Realty on your web server - and another couple minutes to install the multitude of available modules. Yes, it's surprisingly quick.

Multiple Extra-fields support

Multiple Extra-fields support is a very special feature of ZJ Realty compared to any other real estate systems (which do not have this feature). This feature allows the administrator to add extra information of real estate without having to redesign the system. For example, if you need to add additional information such as the number of windows, just go to administration, select "Add Field" and all you have to do is:

• Enter field name (start with zj_): zj_windows

• Enter field title: Windows

• Select a type: Drondow list

• Type the description

• Fill in all “Required” fields

• Enter some values: if you are using a list type, please separate the value by a break line (enter)

Custom layout for developers

This component is designed with open interfaces, so if you want to change the template of the component, simply just create a folder that contains the following code:

Adding Pending Realty:For Agent

Agent can view all pending realty needed to be approved and agent can:

• Edit realty
• Approve realty and send email to user after approval

• Reject Realty (If realty is rejected , user can assign realty to other agent)

• User can edit or delete Realty

• Agent canreject realty and change realty

Adding Map Realty

+ Display all approved realty and realty published on Google Maps. When users click on icon or title on the sidebar, it will show information of realty and users can view realty’s detail.

+ Support finding location (to here or from here) when user click on an icon.

Version 2.0.5 includes:

-         Not require user to choose agent when submitting realty.

-         Agent cannot submit realty to themselves to approve.

-         If agent edits a user’s realty, the agent option will be hidden.

-         Allow user to register an agent with plans to choose:

+ If choose agent free then agent will be limited by the number of posting realty.

+ If choose paid agent, then the agent will be limited by time: by days or months. 

+ When the time is expired, agent will not be able to approve realty for users but still can manage posted or assigned realty.
